Export logs from Chrome broken

I need a solution

I am using Chrome Version 27.0.1453.94 m to manage our SEPM Version 12.1.2100.2093

When I go to perform a standard task like export the computer status logs from the montors tab, it simply does nothing anymore. I not sure where to start troubleshooting this issue. I have rebooted the server, and cleared old temp files on both client and server. I am using the proper certificate in chrome as well. This function was working just fine yesterday, and suddenly stopped working. Any advice in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
