Virtual Disks damaged after first mount

I need a solution

Hi,

I was still using an old version of PGP (9.something) and when I updated to the latest - now on Windows 8 - I could only open my virtual disks once, in the next time I opened one of them I got a folder full of files with strange names (see attached image).

I tried unmounting and mounting again a couple times and now whenever I try to browse the mounted disk it tells me that it needs to be formated.

Those disks were created in an OLDER version of PGP, all disks created in this new version doesn't seem to be affected by this bug. Now I have learned my lesson but I had over 200gb of super important data in those virtual disks that are now damaged.

How can I fix it?
