SEPM 12.1.2 DB Link is broken

Hi All:

      We use the SEPM 12.1.2 , OS:Windows 2008 R2 ,SQL: SQL 2008 and we use the SNAC (lan Enforcer).

      We got other SEPM and SQL SERVERS in other side ( Replicated)

      We are in trouble about three weeks ago:

      1.the new SEP client can not register to the sepm

      2. From the sepm can not search the new client

      3. We had never done  DR  or restore.

      4.dbvalidator show errors: Following ids are not present in the database.Link is broken for [1] target ids

      5.Now the new client can not pass the SNAC check

Any suggestion will be preciate!
