When creating a group old package is assigned as target one

I am using SEPM 12.1.3. I noticed next problem. When I create new group and put there a computer I check in computer properties that target deployment version is 12.1.671 when it should be 12.1.3001. 

Also when adding a computer by "new deployment" the 12.1.671 version is set up, although the latest one 12.1.3001 is choosen in drop down menu list.

Please help.
