SEPM 12.1 all clients show offline

I recently migrated SEPM to a new server. I followed this guide.

It worked successully up until a few days ago. The server is low on disc space and now all clients show as offline. I do not know where to begin troubleshooting this issue. Any and all  help is appreciated.
