SEP 12.1.3

Dear All,

I have domain with Windows 7/8 computers,After upgrade the sep to 12.1.3 i saw in the computers new local user(name remote) with a privilege of  local administrators(administrators group).

my question does SEP 12.1.3 create local user ?
