Were running an antiquidated SEE 7.0.4 setup which does not have SEE authentication and therefore OTP and Helpdesk Assisted unlock is not available.
We have a machine which has not checked in for over x days and needs to be unlocked using the Administrator Login Unlock.
Here's the issue. We do not appear to have the correct Admin account name, although we are reasonably sure we have the correct password. I have been looking through the SEEMSDb using SQL Server Manager, but I cannot seem to find anywhere which holds the Administrator Login names.
I had thought that the table which would contain these would be "dbo.FRPolicyClientAdmins" but this has 0 rows.
Can anyone who has SEE and knows their Administrator Login names, check their SEEMSDB to see where these might be stored please or advise further.
