How to move the client automatically to a particular group when we install the sepm client on the workstations/servers

I have around 100 groups created in my SEPM.Based on the regions i have created those groups in my SEPM server.

When we install the SEP client on any workstations/servers it should be listed under a particular group automatically.

Is there anyway to do this??

Please advise.
