SEP created new "C:\Program~3" after system recovery

Hi,

I would like to ask if any one is having the same problem?

My server is running Windows Server 2008 x64 and running with SEP 11.0.7.

1. SEP automatic create new C:\Program~3 after system recovery. I tried to rename the folder, but the folder will create again once Symantec has restarted.

2. There is a HWID folder/Registry key in SEP folder, we found that the server will automatic create new HWID after system recovery. can we mark is unchange? How can we fix it?
