SEPM error 0x15010000 Transaction does not exist

Hi all, I've set up two SEPMs - SEPMA and SEPMB. I did replication in another way, backuped the database 'sem5' used by SEPMA, and then restored to another SQL server. After that I configured transaction replication from the first database to the second database. The last step was connect SEPMB to the second database.

But when I edit the firewall policy on SEPMA, it just shows the error "Transaction does not exist"

I also found that, if I delete the replication, there are no this kind of error.

Can anyone tell me how this happens and how to troubleshoot it?
