Very bad boot performance with new SSD

I change the HD from on of our DELL Latitude 6520 Notebook to a Corsair Force 120GB SSD. After encrypting the disk it takes over 2 Minutes to boot into the desktop, wihout encryption it takes 30-35 seconds. I try update from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1 but problem still exist... i try TRIM and other SSD options but nothing work, also BIOS and Driver Updates of the whole machine... Over 2 minutes is to long..
