Odd Out of date Definitions issue

I noticed a weired issue today with the computer status report. Some machines are showing out of date definitions but when logging into the machine locally, machine is up to date with the latest.

Even when looking at the client in the console, under clients tab - it shows upto date definitions on the clients.

Report is run over the last month and all default settings.

Client communiction setting are as follows:

Push Mode

Heartbeat interval 5mins

Randomization Enabled, every 5 mins
