SEP wont start due to an expired cert??

Hello - I have a few PCs that were recently updated to the newest 4013 version.  A few PCs are not able to start SEP, due to an expired cert??? (total guess)

There are screen shots in the attachment.

User got updated but wont turn on.  when he tried to turn it on - he got the messages in the attachment.

Do you know what the prob is?  or what to do?
