SONAR not enabling on a client in group

I have multiple clients all in the default group and all supposed to be using the same profile.

We spotted that one client did not have any options enabled, so no firewall, no sonar, no NIP, and so on - all it had was the A/V protection.

I right-clicked the client PC and told it to run command to enable auto-protect and also NTP.

Next morning I can see that all the options except for SONAR are now showing as enabled.

I have re-checked the profile to make sure SONAR is enabled (it is).

Can anyone suggest what might be the problem and how I can get SONAR to show as enabled on this client?

(Client is running Win 7 + SP1 by the way and server is on SEP 12.1.1101.401 MU1 MP1).
