So we're upgraded our Windows Server box that hosts SEPM and an ESRI License Manager. We named both boxes the same on our network which of course caused collisions for a while. The ESRI manager was more important, so we swapped it over first, and since we needed people to be able to use it, I quickly changed the name of the old machine to machineold.domain.com and the new machine is machine.domain.com. So the ESRI software works great no problem, but unfortunately, I didn't think and didn't do the proper backups on SEPM. Now I cannot login to the console at all from web or on the computer. It just says it cannot connect. So I attempted the reconfiguration and it can't connect to the database. Great. So I renamed the box off network and just put on a workgroup. So it now has the old name. It still won't let me login, says it can't connect. I've tried just about everything and can't figure it out. I just need the DB backup and a "Disaster Recovery" file so i can get SEPM up and running on the new box. This is version 12. Is there anything I can do at this point? Or am I SOL?
