format the memory card ,after reconnection data restore automatically

HI,

 I am having Problem with my memory card.I have scaned the card with SEP with latest definition I have found bloodhound.exe.

then I have formatted the memory card .But afater reconnecting the card all the previous data restore automatically.

please help....
