I need a solution

I have two clients with Sonar disabled. I contacted support and they said I should move the client to another group, which I did, and still Sonar is disabled. From another post, I noted they suggested going to Add/Remove programs and enabling it under SEP. However, the only option there is to uninstall SEP.
I had a very bad phone connection to Symantec, in addition to a language barrier, so prefer not to call. If you can help, I would grealy appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
