I must be missing something pretty obvious, because this seems pretty simple, but isn't (to me)...
The Local Quarantine is empty - both in the Admin Console and in the Quarantine folder. Yet the console Home says there have been thousands of SPAM messages.
I didn't set up a Central Quarantine server - shouldn't all these SPAM messages still be getting into my local quarantine? I don't fnd the documentation for the Premium AntiSPAM to be very clear.
Right now, SPAM was set to be rejected. Maybe that's all it was.
I changed that to Accept, then selected to Prevent delivery to original recipient(s).
I also tweaked the Quarantine Thresholds to keep a lot of message, but for a max of 30 days. That should do it, I would think.
Anything else anyone thinks I'm missing?
