symantec protection center password

Hi,

i have the follwing problem, i lost my password of my symantec endpoint protection center.
I have tried to run the resetpass.bat but i can't still login with the default password and username.
I also tried to run the forgot my password but the following error occured:

Unable to send e-mail. The possible reasons are: Email server is down/disconnected,Email adress for this administrator is unavailble/incorrect/inexistent OR Email credentials for this administrator are invalid.

How can i get my password or reset my password.
