Hi,
we installed Symantec Encryption Desktop fresh on a WIndows 8.1/Office 2013/ internal Exchange 2013 Enviroment.
we generated keys ( nobody ever used pgp before ) out of the box we where able to encrypt/decrypt mails - perfect.
BUT:
- we installed the software at another System,
- we exported the privat keys from the first installation ( yes - privat keys is selected )
and 
- reimport at the 2nd computer said something like " we found privat keys, you have to trust them manualy.
Now it looks like this:

Problem:
If i recieve a Message or if i try to write a message, absolutly nothing happens. PGP doesnt "react" to it at all.
i have the PGP Sign/Crypt buttons but they are not doing anything.
at my first installation, where i created the keys, everything works fine but if you install PGP "empty" and re-import the keys it seems to do nothing at all.
Question: How can i make sure that i can export my priv. keys and reimport those to another machine in case the first machine is out of work ?
