Internet browsers blocked by Symantec endpoint protection

My internet browsers(IE, Chrome) are blocked when I enable Symantec endpoint protection (SEP 12.1.4 for 64bit Win7). I already allowed IE and Chrome in the application settings, and I don't even see anything is blocked in the traffic log. But I just can't open any webpage unless I disable the Symantec.

Any suggestion or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
