I am trying to set this product up and I am having some trouble. Here goes.
Exchange 2010sp3 is installed on a windows 2012r2 Machine with SMSME 7.5.
SEMC 1.0.1.18 Is installed on a windows 2008r2 VM.
I went through the installation without issue. It sees, and allows me to select my exchange server. It asks for the CAS URL, which I input the web address for our Webmail (which is https). It does not ask me for a certificate anywhere, and our cert is Self-signed.
I want to use Direct Submission. The name of the folder is there.
The Service setting is set as a user who i gave impersonation rights, and exchange operational rights to via EMC.
All organization users are selected via the Direct Submission option
We do not have a proxy.
Whenever i update the system and force subcriptions, the Report Spam folders are not created in my inboxes. what am i doing wrong?
