Clean Wipe tool doesn't remove all registry files for SEP?

Hey guys,

Anyone here tried to use Clean Wipe? We used the file and it seems that the registry files are still there, can we validate if the Clean Wipe tool can really remove registry files or not?  and if yes how ? By the way I'm using the Clean Wipe on an SEP 12.1 RU2.
