Still cannot boot up with PGP Recovery Disk Win PE

I have the harddisk 94% encrypted with PGP but due to 8 bad sectors, it cannot complete the 100% encryption.

I then run the Check Disk System in the Window trying to fix the bad sector so that it can complete the encryption.

The problem appeared after the Check Disk System after the stage 5 of 5. The screen turned black and it never able to boot up again.

I got the PGP recovery disk Win PE boot disk. However, it still cannot boot up the computer and the screen remain black.

Not sure if anyone can give me a helping hand as I have not back up the data. thanks
