ttds.ead and ttds.ead.journal is very large. can this be deleted?

Dear All, We are using 12.0 DLP , We had a issue in 1 system  in which endpoint DLP agent installed and in this folder [ttds.ead and ttds.ead.journal] these 2 files size getting increased rapidly. Now we have disabled the endpoint agent then done some troubleshooting with default tools provided by symantec able to stop services and now we have overcome the issue but need to know permanent solution.
