PGP Desktop Mail Encryption - Mails are not deliverd they stay on the Outllok Mail folder.

Hello,

Recently Im facing some issue with the outlook mails, when i install the PGP Desktop Mail Encryption -

Mails are not deliverd they stay on the Outllok Mail folder. (non encrypted mails)

the laptop is runing on Windows 8.1 x 64 bit and we are using Microsoft Office 2010 x64 bit professional plus.

I perform some configuration on the policies but they are the same configurations that i had perform also on other PC that are working on Win 7 and they are working OK.

Can you please advice me what to do.
