I need a solution
We seem to have just come across an issue with our Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1.4013. For some reason, some of our client computers keep having their Download Protection Status change from Advanced Protection to Basic Protection. The only connection that we have seen on these machines is that they were recently moved to a different group in Symantec. I tried to do a google search on this issue, but I couldn't find anything where anyone else may have been experiencing this issue.
