SEP 12.1 RU4 doesn't update any more

Hi,

The SEP Manage is running very good. But since 08/07/14 the Manager doesn't update the Virus Signature.
I have tried to fix the problem with the following solution -> http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH166923

But it doesn't help. Everything is actual, but the Virus signature not, still 08/07/14.

I have also tried to update with the jdb file. Still the same.
