Block traffic through proxy to internet via SEP Firewall

Hi Experts,

Do you had experience to block connection to proxy?

I had disable Windows firewall

I had tried for the SEP firewall

Block ->Any Application ->Destination Proxy ->Service TCP xxx port

But still when i still can go through internet via proxy.
