symantec CCS 11 database connection string

Hi:

I have a problem in database configuration for the control compliance suite 11.0.

my database server is MSSQL 2008 R2 , In SQL Server Configuration Manager --> SQL Server Network Configuration --> Protocols for CCS (my instanse name) --> TCP/IP in the right pane --> Protocol tab --> in the -Listen All- option.

I don't want to listen to all IPs so I choose to set this option to NO. and I add the IP which i want to make databse listen to (the Application Server IP).

now the problem is that the CCS Console & Application server don't work unless I enable that option. is there any missing configurations such as connection string or something else in configuration files ?!!
