12.1 RU4 MP1b - Client Install Issues

Hello,

I am trying to push out the new client 12.1.4112.4156 and on some of my clients, I'm getting the following -

Deployment status - The client decided to accept the upgrade package

Deployment message - Client has accepted upgrade package, version 12.1.4112.4156.

However, the clients do not seem to update. I have restarted the client PCs and I have checked for the SEP_INST.LOG file. While there is a SEP_INST.LOG file, they appear to be empty. Very odd, as the URLs that are hosting the setup.exe files are working as I have tested them. Anyone have any ideas?
