Upgrading from PGP 10.2.0 to Symantec 10.3.1 FULLWDE

Hi There,

I have a user that is requesting to be upgraded from PGP Desktop 10.2.0 to Symantec version 10.3.1. She uses every feature possible on PGP (email, shred, WDE, zip, vitural disk). Do I need to decrypt her hard drive from the current pgp version first and then upgrade her to 10.3.1 and re-encrypt? Or does that not matter? Are her keyrings and virtual disk drives compatible with 10.3.1? Or will she no longer be able to use them?
