SMSDOM DefinitionDB and SEP Client

Hello,

I have Domino servers with SMSDOM 8.1 and SEP Client v11.

Somehow the host has LiveUpdate settings both SEP Client and Domino, against this article.

• Prevent virus definitions corruption
  Live Update should be disabled in SMSDOM on those Windows servers with Symantec Antivirus or Endpoint protection installed.

My problem is ,

1. sometimes SEP client cannot update definitions.

2. at one Domino host, VirusDefinitionDB is too big as 70GB. I guess no one did "compact" of Domino job.

If I disable LiveUpdate on Domino, can I delete Definition DB?

Where can I see SMSDOM reffers or have latest Definition?
