Hi,
One of our employees is unable to receive emails from a supplier (trelleborg.com) who appears to be using Symantec's 'messagelabs.com' email filtering system.
I believe that our Exchange Server 2010 is running the default settings, but it's rejecting email from a user at trelleborg.com with the following message:
server.americanheating.net
Remote Server returned '<server.americanheating.net #5.7.1 smtp; 550 5.7.1 country ip access denied; ip 195.245.230.164>'
It seems that the email, while originating in the US, is being relayed across several servers, including one in Germany and one in the UK.
Is there something that can be done at either server to fix this issue?
