SCSP Server service is down

Hi Guys,

I have a server with SCSP 5.2.9

I have a server with SCSP 5.2.9 this morning could not authenticate to the console. I found in the sis-console 0.log the following file:
13794 01/09/2014 11: 02: 58.875 [ERROR] [FetchHandler: 43] Java heap space
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
13795 01/09/2014 11: 06: 09.010 [ERROR] [FetchHandler: 48] Java heap space
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I made the adjustment that mentions this technical document:

I modified from 1GB to 2GB. -Xmx1024m To -Xmx2048m

Now the Symantec Critical System Protection Server service does not start.

That I can do to correct the issue .. ?
