DLP endpoint monitoring - alerting

Question regarding Vontu DLP endpoint 12.1,  I'm having some issues getting the triggered events on the endpoints to show up on the Enforce dashboard.   When I run discovery scans on the endpoints, there is no issue but if for example a file is opened with protected content it is not sending the event to the Enforce system.    Popups on the end work, but not showing in the dash/events.
