PGP WDE and chkdsk

Hi,

I have question about chkdsk and WDE. I looking solution how I can check disk without decrypt disk. When I close computer and Windows unexpected shutdown after WDE authorization I had - repair Windows and when I choosed this option I can use command prompt to check disk but console can't see the disk. 

 

Please for advice about how to resolve problems when I must use chkdsk.
