What is the Best way to upgrade SEPM 12.1.1000 to 12.1.2?

I need to know the best practices to upgrade SEPM v 12.1.100 to 12.1.1, also need to know there is any problem id i install cliend with IPS and Sonar features on servers like AD, Exchange.. !!!
