SMSMSE-Upgrade Antivirus License not accepted

Hello!

I have upgraded from Version 6.5 to the new 7.1 Version and after the Upgrade the Antivirus License is not active.

When i import the slf File, the Antispam License will be activated, but not the Antivirus License. But it is the same File that was used to activate the 6.5 Version, it seems to be a Problem with the 7.1.

I have tried to uninstall it completely and then Installed it again, but it is the same Problem.

The SLF File is downloaded from the Symantec Portal and should be valid.

Do you have any Ideas what i can do?
