SNAC Policy Monotoring on Clients from SEPM Console

Hi

I have pushed the snac policy for Host Integrity check on sep client vi SEPM console. Need to know if i can monitor whether a particulr client is getting host integrity check passed on a particular client and if failed then for what reason.

More over i have many components like KBarticles added in snac policy..how can i check the report of clients for a particular condition i have added in SNAC Policy.

I am using SEOM 12.1 MP1 RU2, installed on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition.
