Glitch 100 (and something) on todays list. - I have a SEPM which will not update itself with the .jdb file.
When I put the .jdb file in the appropriate place, \Data\inbox\content\incoming it looks like it's being processed and then after a few minutes, it gets a .err extension appended to it. The log reports that the 'Rapid Response content failed to install'.
This was working last week, and for no reason, now appears not to. Also, I'm defintely not using the rapid Response .jdb file so I'm not sure why it's reporting it as that.
I've rebooted a couple of times and also ran a repair installation but I cannot get this .jdb file to take.
Have done a quick search on the forum and can see similar issues, but mostly dated a few years ago and most suggest reboots and repairs. I'm running 12.1.2 MP1 on 2008 R2 x64 so I thought I'd start a new thread and see where we go from there.
Any ideas?
