Symantec DLP Network Monitoring function question

Hi, I'll ask you one question.

Network monitoring FTP traffic is detected.

I wondering about detail detect about traffic on Network Monitoring.

Network Monitoring is possible Outbound / inbound traffic to detect both.GET or PUT requests the user to have to know that is there any way?

just not detect FTP traffic.  who is requeset GET or PUT traffic in occurred FTP traffice.

Is there a way to set policy?
