SMSMSE Quaratining emails in different language

Hello,

This has been an on-going issue for the last month or so. A user that works for my company in Brasil is having mostly all of the emails she receives Quarantined by SMSMSE. She has shown me a few of the emails after I have released them, and they do not match any of the strings that are assigned in our "Banned_Body_Words" list, yet it still keeps occurring.

Is there a setting somewhere on SMSMSE that can tell the program to stop quarantining items in another language?
