I need a solution
When using lookup when viewing discover incident, it fails with the below:

1. DLP to DI connection: Passed
2. Lookup plugin
3. Lookup param keys
4. Lookup plugin chain
5. Attributes
6. Report id 1320 created
7. DI to DLP connection configured with report id 1320
8. Windows filer configured and share scanned in DI.
9. After 1 week, checked for user info in DI
10. More user info
Lookup still fails in DLP
Any help will be useful.....
