Message audit logs from field shows none (outgoing emails) not list distribution

The Verdict is deliver normal

In the field "from" it shows none the brightmail scans forwarded outgoing emails.

The field none appears only in the outgoing emails when I am forward from an internal email address(DOMINO)  to email external.
Anyone came up with the same situation?
