How can I reset password for Symantec Enpoint Protection Manager 12.1

Dear Sir;

I forgot password to login Symantec Endpoint Protechnition Manager 12.1 with Windows Server 2012 platform. I tried to use "Forget Password button", but I never received temporary password from SEP Server. I also cannot find the resetpass.bat in c:\Program Files (X86)\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools. How can I reset the password?
