I have SEPM 12.1.4 installed on Server 2012 and everytime I log off or reboot the server I have to repair SEPM to open it. All the services are running, but I do see Event ID 4097, Semsrv in the App log: 'The StartServiceCtrlDispatcher function failed for the following reason: The operation completed successfully.'
After the repair it is up and running I see Event 3299, Apache Service:
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Syntax error on line 721 of E:/Program Files (x86)/Symantec/Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
then Event 3299 again:
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Wrapper ../php/php-cgi.exe cannot be accessed: (720002)The system cannot find the file specified.
After the repair, it runs fine and everything seems to work. Still, it is not practical to have to repair it everytime it is opened.
