Scan Suspended

I need a solution

SEP 12.1.4.4126 on a VDI client.

Administrator defined scheduled scan to start at 12 noon with a Scan Duration of up to 12hrs and a checkmark in the "Randomize scan start time" within this period. The scan started at 12:28 and then at 12:55 suspended? My understanding is that the +/- window of randomization the scan started at 12:28 but it should have ran more than the 1/2 hr before suspending since I have the duration set to 12hrs. Any thoughts ?
