Tracking Auto renewal for billing purposes

We have 95 Licenses of Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business that are set to renew at various times since we bought licenses at various times. We need to be able to bill the right division when a license renews. Is there a way to link  a license or serial Number  to a particular computer after the fact, for now when we buy a license we record the SN to the computer.
