I have Exchange Server 2013 installed on a Hyper-V virtual server. I installed Symantec Mail Security for Exchange v 7.0.1.66 and purchased 35 x
SYMC MAIL SECURITY FOR MS EXCHANGE ANTIVIRUS 7.0 WIN 1 USER BNDL STD LIC ACAD BAND A ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS part #
NNOBWZF0-EI1 AA
I also purchased 35 x SYMC MAIL SECURITY FOR MS EXCHANGE ANTIVIRUS 7.0 WIN 1 USER I/O ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS part # NNOBWZZ0-I1
I0. This came with an SLF file. When I enter the SLF file the message I get is "Licensing - command execution succeed" but the Symantec Premium Antispam settings are not licensed. Did my supplier provide the wrong license or is there some other issue here? Virus definitions are good for a year but SPA shows as "not licensed". What did I pay for if I did not get SPA and my customer is getting overwelmed with SPAM?
Thank you,
